They are probably hoping you will not go back and look. But what you don't realize is that they deleted your comments so when others customers have an issue they will think that they are the only ones with the problem. When you leave a negative review or experience on Facebook, Instagram, X.what they will do is contact you by PM saying they want to resolve it. IMO this is a very unethical company as the only way they seem to be able to get good reviews is to block anyone that shares their negative experiences. She told Anytime Mailbox they were going to cancel my account and not accept any mail and Anytime mailbox sent me an email trying to move my account to another location without telling me why or showing proof of what I did wrong. Obviously a big mistake as she later lied and said I yelled at her according to Anytime Mailbox. So I called PacnmailPlus in Hampton Virginia and spoke with Karen the manager. They also sent me a thread from another customer asking me if I wanted to add my husband even though I am not married. I contacted Anytime Mailbox by Facebook messenger and before I could even get an answer they would send me emails saying my issues were resolved. Both were either scanned or photographed incorrectly. I have been with them since around April and only have received 2 letters. If your ask for proof of any wrongdoing they will ignore you. Instead they will delete your account or offer to move you forcing you to start all over changing all your mail and redoing the notary.

They are also not holding facilities accountable for shoddy business practices. They are deleting negative experiences from Facebook, Instagram and X and if you say anything about it they will block you. You can purchase stamps in the Bookstore.I am in shock at what this company is capable of.

Please Note: the Mail Room does not sell stamps.

International mail must be clearly identified with a note, in order to apply correct postage.

Do not staple on the outside of three-fold items, or folded items, instead use small self-stick tabs or circles.

Intra/Inter campus mail needs a department name, campus name and the name of the sender and receiver in order to direct to proper location. If not provided, the item may be held in the Mail Room until proper identification of the sender can be verified.

All mail (intra/inter-campus and off-campus) must have a return name and address on it.

Please place the correct mail in the appropriate box.

Mail collection boxes labeled for internal and external mail are provided in each division area office.

Use of printed CRC envelopes intended for external US Mail is a misuse of resources, wasteful, and may result in your internal mail being sent off-campus to the US Post Office.

Internal and inter-campus mail must be in Los Rios Internal Campus Mail envelopes.

Letters must be properly folded so complete address can be seen in window envelopes and fit properly so it closes completely leave envelope flaps closed and not nestled.

The mailroom provides Federal Express, UPS, etc., services.

The mailroom provides mail delivery/pickup service to all departments on campus for official off-campus, intra/inter-campus mail.
